상완 이두 건 병변의 원인이 회전근 개 파열을 유발시키는 원인과 연관될 수 있다고 생각하는 이유는? | 회전근 개 파열과 동반된 상완 이두 건 병변을 76%에서 관찰할 수 있었으며 상완 이두 건의 퇴행성 변성인 건의 마모 또는 비대성 편평화가 24%로 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 회전근 개 파열의 크기가 클수록 상완 이두 건 병변이 더 많이 발생되었으며 형태도 더욱 심하게 나타났다. 상완 이두 건 아탈구나 탈구는 견갑하근 상부 파열과 동반된 회전근 개 파열이 있을때 더욱 발생 빈도가 높았다. 따라서 상완 이두 건 병변의 원인이 회전근 개 파열을 유발시키는 원인과 연관될 수 있다고 추측되었다. |
