닫힌사슬 운동은 어떤 운동인가? | 최근에는 기능적인 수행을 위한 과제가 닫힌사슬 운동에 포함되기가 쉽고(Palmitier 등, 1991), 무릎넙다리관절에 적은 손상을 가하며(Steinkamp 등, 1993), 앞십자인대에 대한 좌상을 줄일 수 있으므로 (Arms 등, 1984; Beynnon과 Fleming, 1998) 열린사슬보다 닫힌사슬 운동이 권장되고 있다. 닫힌사슬 운동은 팔다리의 먼쪽이 고정되어 있는 상태에서 몸쪽과 먼쪽에 동 시에 저항을 적용할 때 일어나는 운동이다(Prince, 2003). 무릎관절에서 닫힌사슬 운동은 넙다리네갈래근과 뒤넙 다리근을 작용근과 대항근의 동시수축(co-contraction)으로 작용근을 안정화시켜(Earl 등, 2001) 관절의 안정성을 높이고, 관절을 압박할 수 있는 전단력을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 기계적 수용기가 관절주머니의 압력 변화에 민감하게 반응하므로 닫힌사슬 운동의 전 범위에서 근육 발화율을 증가시켜 고유수용성 감각을 촉진한다 (Gomez 등, 1996; Iwasaki 등, 2006). | |
향후 발 뒤꿈치와 벽의 거리에 따른 다양한 벽 미끄러짐 쪼그려 앉기를 고려한 연구들이 필요한 이유는? | 그러나 선행 연구에서는 무릎넙다리 힘과 스트레스가 60° 무릎 각도의 긴 벽 쪼그려 앉기와 90° 무릎 각도의 짧은 벽 쪼그려 앉기에서 유의하게 증가하기 때문에 60°∼90° 무릎각도에서 수행하는 넙다리네갈래근 근력은 명백하게 설명할 수 없다고 하였다. 그러므로 넙다리네갈래근의 근력은 벽 미끄러짐 쪼그려 앉기 동안에 무릎관절이 발끝을 넘는 짧은 쪼그려 앉기를 하거나 벽으로부터 발뒤꿈치를 멀리 위치시켜서 발목 위쪽에 무릎관절을 일직선으로 유지한 상태에서 쪼그려 앉기를 수행하느냐에 따라서 운동효과를 다르게 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 향후 발 뒤꿈치와 벽의 거리에 따른 다양한 벽 미끄러짐 쪼그려 앉기를 고려한 연구들이 수행되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. |
