스트레스 대처 접근이란? 스트레스 대처 접근은 문화적 이동을 스트레스를 유발하는 생활사건으로 보고, 이를 극복하기위해 적응적 자원과 대처 반응이 필요하다고 보는 이론으로, Lazarus and Folkman(1984)의 스트레스 대처 이론의 영향을 받았다(Chung & Yang, 2004).
