스마트폰을 이용한 정보접근을 막고, 정보를 찾은 후에도 가독성에 영향을 미쳐 정보의 인지적 수용을 어렵게 만드는 문제점은? 스마트폰의 컴퓨팅 성능과 물리적 여건, 이에 종속적인 스마트폰의 제한적 사용자환경은 스마트폰을 이용한 정보검색의 경우에도 일반 PC를 이용한 웹에서의 정보검색과 비교하여 분명한 차이가 있을 것으로 예상 가능하다. 스마트폰의 제한된 화면과 화질은 가독성에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 보이며, 게다가 PC 환경에 최적화된 대부분의 웹 프로그램들은 스마트폰을 이용하였을 경우 PC에서처럼 제대로 작동하지 못하는 경우가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 스마트폰을 이용한 정보접근을 막고, 정보를 찾은 후에도 가독성에 영향을 미쳐 정보의 인지적 수용을 어렵게 만든다.
