본 연구에서는 물류기업의 정보기술자원과 물류정보시스템 정보품질이 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 위의 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 물류기업의 전산담당자를 대상으로 설문을 수행하여 수집된 설문 중 통계분석에 유효한 125부를 가지고 연구가설을 검정하였다. 실증분석 결과, 기업의 정보기술자원은 물류정보시스템 정보품질을 향상시키는 중요한요인이며, 물류정보시스템 정보품질 중유용성에 기여함으로써 물류기업의 물류성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

정보기술자원이 물류정보시스템 정보품질과 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 실시한 설문을 바탕으로 어떤 분석을 실시하였나? 첫째, 응답자의 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 연구모형의 적합도 테스트를 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 셋째. 측정항목의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 신뢰성분석을 실시하였고, 신뢰도계수(Cronbach's alpha)에 기초하여 측정하였다. 넷째, 측정항목의 타당성을 분석하기 위해 요인분석을 수행하였다. 다섯째, 구조적 관계를 규명하기 위하여 구조방정식모형을 설계하여 자료분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석으로 연구가설을 검증하였다
