비즈니스 실무자들이 정보 매개하기가 SNS 내의 정보 전파에 큰 영향을 준다는 점을 활용하기 위하여 어떤 방향에서 접근할 필요가 있는가? | 비즈니스 실무자들이 이와 같은 사실을 활용하기 위해서 두 가지 방향에서 접근할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 정보 매개하기 확률을 높이기 위한 메시지 디자인과 정보 매개하기를 프로모션하기 위한 직접적인 노력이 요구된다. 즉 목표로 삼은 정보가 더 잘 매개될 수 있도록 동기부여에 신경을 써야 한다. 또한, 정보를 적극적으로 매개하는 사용자 집단을 발견하고 관리해야 한다. 정보 매개하기에 있어서 약간의 차이만으로도 큰 변화가 발생될 수있다는 사실은 정보 매개하기 성향이 높은 사용자 집단을 발견하고 관리하는 일이 중요하다는 점을 보여준다. 둘째, SNS의 플랫폼 제공자는 매개된 정보가 보다 더 잘 매개될수 있도록 해야 한다. 일단 한번 매개된 정보는 다른 사용자들에게 매개할 가치가 있는 것으로 받아들여 질 수 있다. 이와 같은 사실을 활용하는 한 가지 방법은 정보가 추가로 매개될수록 정보를 매개한 사용자에게 인센티브를 제공하는 것이다. 즉, 사전에 매개할 가치가 있는 정보라는 점이 적극적으로 드러나도록 할뿐만 아니라 실제 재매개 활동에 참여할 경우 사용자에게 이익이 돌아갈 수있도록 함으로써 특정 메시지가 더욱 더 잘 전파되도록 하는 방안을 생각해야 한다. |
