대학생 맞춤형 건강관리 교육의 실태는? | 특히 대학생부터는 음주, 흡연 등이 갑자기 자유로워지는 등 여러 가지 건강위험요인에 노출되어 있으나 아직까지 우리나라 대학생들은 대학생 맞춤형 건강관리에 요구되는 교육항목, 필수 개설과목 및 교과내용 등에 대한 구체적인 교육과정이 없다[3]. 이에 각 대학별로 교양교과목을 부정기적으로 개설하거나 그 내용 또한 교수재량에 따르고 있어 표준화가 되어 있지 않아 초·중·고등학교에서 뿐 아니라 대학생에게도 연계된 보건교육이 절실한 실정이다. 또 다른 선행연구에서도 대학에 건강관련 학과가 있는 경우 전공 학생 외 교내 전체 대학생의 건강증진을 위해 교양과목이나 세미나 등을 운영하는 것이 필요하다고 하였다[4]. |
