투약오류란 무엇인가? | 투약오류는 환자가 부작용을 경험하는지 여부와 상관없이 처방, 투약 준비과정, 환자에게 투약 하는 과정을 포함 투약 과정 전 단계에서 나타날 수 있는 오류를 말한다[1]. 근접오류는 오류가 진행되는 과정에서 차단되어 발생되지 않은 오류를 의미하는데[14], 본 연구에서 투약오류는 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 지난 2주간 근접오류를 포함한 투약오류 경험 유무와 투약오류 경로, 발생 시기를 근무형태별로 기술하도록 하였다. |
