노인성 요실금의 원인에는 어떤것들이 있는가? | 노년과 연관되어 요실금을 일으키는 원인들로는 방광의 기능을 조절하는 뇌 기능에 이상이 오거나, 연령증가에 따른 자연적인 방광 및 요도의 변화로 인한 경우, 또 당뇨, 고혈압 등의 만성 혈관 및 대사장애로 배뇨 기능에 직접적인 영향을 받는 경우, 각종 치료를 위하여 사용되는 약물로 인한 경우 그리고 관절염 등의 이동능력 저하로 요의가 있을 때 화장실까지의 이동을 지체시켜 요실금이 일어나는 경우 등 그 원인은 매우 다양하다[1,5,6]. 특히, 우리나라 노인요양시설의 경우 상당수가 뇌졸중 등을 포함한 뇌 손상이나 각종 골절 등의 후유장애와 퇴행성 질환을 가지고 입소하는 경우가 많아 시설의 요실금 발생률은 67. |
