문화는 무엇인가? | 즉, 교실에서는 공동체의 구성원으로서 교사와 학생은 역동적인 관계를 맺고 있으며(Song, & Na, 2014), 그 관계 속에서 공동체의 규범과 문화를 형성한다. 문화는 한 집단의 구성원이 공통적으로 공유하는 정신적 프로그래밍이며 다른 집단과 구별되는 그 공동체의 고유한 것으로서(Hofstede, 1980), 과학수업이 이루어지는 교실에서는 그 자체의 과학수업의 문화를 형성한다고 볼 수가 있다. 학습자의 학습은 교실 수업 문화를 형성하고 있는 공동체에 ‘참여’함으로써 이루어지고, 학생의 학습은 과학 교실 공동체가 어떤 문화를 갖는지에 따라 영향을 받게 되는 것이다(Joung, & Chun, 2014). |
