농촌 지역사회의 발전을 위한 필수적인 요소는 무엇인가? 한편, 최근 수년간 베이비붐 세대의 은퇴와 생활에 대한 가치관의 변화로 귀농·귀촌인구 유입이 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다2). 귀농·귀촌인구의 유입은 농촌의 생산성을 높이고, 지역공동체 강화를 통한 농촌 지역사회의 발전을 위한 필수적인 요소이다.
