본 연구의 통계분석은 PASW 19.0 program을 이용하여 소도구 필라테스 매트 운동프로그램 사전, 사후 검사에 대한 평균(Mean)과 표준편차(SD)를 산출하였고, 처치프로그램에 대한 상호작용효과 및 주효과 검증을 위해 two-way (2*2)RGRM ANOVA를 실시하였으며, 자료의 유의 수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다.
