본 연구에서 산정한 독립 변수들 중, 개인요인과 상황요인은? | 본 연구에서는 Kang(2005)의 연구를 참고하여 독립 변수들을 몇가지 기준으로 개인요인, 상황요인, 병원 전단계 요인, 병원요인, 지역요인으로 구분하여 기술하였다. ‘개인요인’은 성별과 연령을, ‘상황요인’은 심장정지 목격 여부, 초기 심전도 소견을 포함하였고, 이 요인들은 변화시킬 수 없는 운명적 요인으로 보았다. 또 ‘병원 전단계 요인’은 병원 전 일반인 CPR 시행 여부, 신고부터 현장 도착(기초소생술, Basic Life Support, BLS)까지의 시간, 신고부터 병원 도착(전문소생술, Advanced Life Support, ALS)까지의 시간, 최초 제세동 실시 장소, 구급대원 제세동 시행 여부 등을 포함하였고, 이는 응급의료체계 개선을 통해 변화 가능한 인위적인 요인으로 보았다. |
