피부노화는 어떻게 구분되는가? | 그 가운데 “아름답게 나이를 먹는 것”을 실현시키기 위한 화장품 소재 개발이 요구되고 있다[1]. 피부노화는 태양광선에 비노출 부위에서 나타나는 연대학적 노화(chronologic ageing)와 태양광선의 노출부에서일어나는 광인성 노화(actinic ageing)로 구분된다. 미세한 주름과, 진피의 위축, 피하지방층의 감소 등은 연대학적 노화에서 관찰되며, 피부에 자외선이 노출되면피부 구성성분인 collagen과 elastin이 변성되고, 거칠고깊은 주름과 비정상적인 탄력섬유증 물질이 축적되어피부가 두터워지고 느슨해지는 것은 광노화 과정에서생성된다[2-4]. |
