여성의 산욕기에서 일어나는 문제점은 무엇인가? | 산욕기는 삶의 발달과정 중 정상적인 과정이기는 하지만, 신체적 정신적 사회적으로 큰 변화가 일어나는 시기이기도 하다. 산욕기 여성의 약 70%정도가 피로감, 요통, 두통, 회음부와 제왕절개 부위의 통증, 유방울혈, 불안, 우울, 비뇨기계 감염 같은 한 가지 이상의 건강문제를 호소하며, 이 여성들 중 25%는 중등도의 건강문제를, 20%는 심각한 건강문제를 경험하여 직장이나 가정으로의 복귀가 힘들다고 보고되고 있다[2,4]. 하지만, 산욕기 여성은 약물이나 치료가 신생아에게 미치는 영향을 우려하여 이러한 건강문제를 해결하는데 소극적이며, 이러한 건강문제를 해결하고 신생아에게 영향을 주지 않는 좀 더 안전하고 자연스러운 치료방법으로 보완대체의학에 관심을 갖게 되었다[5,6]. |
