Antibodies for detection of ERK1/2, p38, JNK, c-Jun, p65, and iNOS were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danver, MA, USA). Antibody for detection of COX-2 was purchased from Calbiochem (San Diego, CA, USA).
  • Antibody for detection of COX-2 was purchased from Calbiochem (San Diego, CA, USA). The extraction solvents and the mobile phase of HPLC, including n-butanol, ethanol, and methanol, were purchased from RCI Labscan (Samutsakorn, Thailand).
