傷寒論 辨病診斷體系은 어떤 진단 방식인가? 『傷寒論』 六經에 대한 이론은 臟腑學說, 經絡學說 등의 다양한 이론으로 설명되어 왔는데4), 최근에는 太陽病, 少陽病, 陽明病, 太陰病, 少陰病, 厥陰病을 각각 독립적인 병으로 보고 提綱과 條文을 통해 병의 원인을 밝히는 辨病診斷 연구들이 진행되고 있다5). 傷寒論 辨病診斷體系는 먼저 提綱에 근거하여 병리 패턴을 구분하고, 조문의 내용이 병이 발생되는 정황과 일치하면서 반복된 병리패턴으로 나타나는지를 확인하는 진단 방식이다. 條文의 병리 변화를 확인하기 위하여 환자의 삶에서 행위로 드러나는 부분에 대해 대화하고, 그 과정에서 병의 근본 원인을 추적해가면 처방은 자연스레 도출된다.
