일가족양립이란 무엇인가? 일가족양립은 직장 내 역할과 가정 내 역할에 동등하게 관여하는 정도[26, 34], 직장과 가정에서의 역할 갈등이 없거나 역할 갈등이 최소한으로 존재하는 상태[9, 30]를 말한다. 정부는 일가족양립을 지원하기 위해 다양한 정책을 제시하고 있는데, 일가족양립 정책에는 보육서비스, 출산휴가 및 육아휴직, 노동시간정책 등의 제도적 지원과, 가족 내부적으로 보다 평등한 역할과 책임을 분담할 수 있도록 노동시장 관행을 변화시키는 문제까지를 포함한다[16].
