Vroom의 기대이론의 기본 전제는? | 기대이론에 대한 최초의 논리적 접근은 근로자의 생산성 향상이 개인적 목표충족과 연계된 동기부여에서 비롯된다는 Georgopoulos 등[35]의 연구에서 출발하였으나, 개인의 특정한 노력이 성과로 연결된다는 기대의 중요성을 바탕으로 개념을 구체화한 것은 Vroom[24]의 연구로 판단하고 있다[36-37]. Vroom의 기대이론은 개인이 특정 행동에 따른 보상이 지니는 가치를 인식하는 합리적 존재라는 것을 기본 전제로 하고 있으며[38-39], 특정한 행동으로부터 유발되는 결과와 결과에 따른 보상의 가능성을 주관적으로 평가함으로써 특정 상황에서 긍정적 결과를 이끌어내기 위한 동기부여적 요소를 지속적으로 분석하는 것에 초점을 두고 있다[40-41]. |
