죽력은 무엇인가? | 대나무는 주 생산물인 죽재 뿐만 아니라 부산물로서 대나무 껍질, 대나무 가지, 대나무 잎, 대나무 순, 대나무의 내피인 죽여 등이 한약재로 이용되고 있다 [4]. 특히 대나무 잎은 죽엽이라 하여 열내림, 지혈, 중풍, 고혈압 등에 민간요법으로 사용되어 왔고, 살균 및 항 진균 작용과 항암 효과도 있는것으로 알려져 있으며, 대나무 추출물 즉, 대나무를 쪼개어가열하고 흐르는 액을 받은 것은 죽력이라 하고 동의보감,본초강목, 중약대사전 등에서는 중풍, 경기에 효능이 있다고보고되었다 [5]. 최근 단순한 가공 형태의 죽세공품 이외에대나무 통을 이용해 각종 음식을 만든 대나무통 밥, 대나무통 술, 대나무통 계란찜, 대나무 돈육구이 및 대나무 숯을 이용한 가공품 및 주류정제 등 여러 분야에서 이용되고 있어 대나무의 수요가 조금씩 증가하고는 있으나 아직 미미한 단계이다 [6]. | |
대나무 줄기의 성분 구성은 어떠한가? | 또한 안정성과 유효성을 가져야 하므로 대부분의 화장품 성분은 천연자원에서 유래된 성분들이 대부분으로 여러 종류의 비타민류이외에 알로에 추출물, 녹차 추출물, 스피룰리나, 레시틴, 폴리페놀 성분들이 사용된다. 대나무 줄기는 셀룰로오스, 헤미셀룰로오스, 리그닌이라는 3대 주성분과, 무기 실리카를 비롯한 각종 부성분 및 회분으로 구성되어 있다 (Table 4) [28].대나무 줄기의 주성분으로는 대나무 줄기의 주성분인 셀룰로오스 (cellulose)는 셀룰로오스는 β-1-4 glucose결합으로 이루어진 천연고분자로, 식물세포벽 내에서는 단분자로서 독립적으로 존재하지 않고, 층상으로 적층구조를 형성하며 존재한다 [29]. |
