CT검사 자동노출조정장치는 어디에 적합한가? | 복부-골반 CT검사는 조영 전 검사, 조영 후 검사로 이루어지며, 일반적으로 관전압 120 kVp, 100∼400 mA까지 자동노출조정장치(Auto Exposure Control; AEC)를 사용하여 검사가 이루어진다. 이는 스캔범위를 횡격막을 포함하여 치골결합 아래까지 검사하므로 CT Number 값이 비슷하고 구조가 복잡한 복부검사에는 적합하나, 골반부는 복부에 비해 구조가 복잡하지 않고, 뼈 조직에 맞추어 두께를 크게 인식하여 검사하기 때문에 고선량으로 검사하게 된다. 기존의 복부-골반 1 phase 검사에서 복부와 골반을 분리한 2phase 검사로 실시하게 되면 복부의 영상은 유지하면서 골반부의 선량은 줄여 피폭선량은 낮아지게 된다. |
