문제 정의
본 연구는 국내 도입 후 20주년을 앞두고 있으며 장애아동의 재활과 발달 지원을 위한 심리운동의 학문적 당위성의 이론적 토대를 마련하고자 선행연구의 동향을 분석 분석함으로써 심리운동의 이론적 정립에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

제안 방법
2013년도 2017년까지 연구 분석 된 심리운동의 종속변인을 분석하였고, 종속변인은 종속변인의 표적 특성을 고려하여 범주화 하였고 복수의 종속변인이 분석된 연구는 하나씩, 나누어 분석하였다.
본 연구에서는 사회서비스를 기반으로 한 심리운동연구와 관련하여 2013년부터 2017년 3월까지 학위논문및 학술지 논문의 일반적 유형, 연구대상의 분포, 연구설계 유형, 종속변인의 유형, 중재회기, 연구결과 유형의 빈도 분석을 실시하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 토대로 논의를 하고자 한다.

대상 데이터

심리운동은 신체경험, 물질경험, 사회경험으로 구분하지만 현장 적용에서는 구분되지 않고 있으며 대상자 중심의 자발성과 자율에 의한 결정을 통한 창의적이며 체험과 경험을 중요시하며 유희적인 신체적 활동으로 원칙을 강조한다. 심리운동의 대상은 노인, 유아, 장애인 등의 사회적 약자를 대상으로 한다. 심리운동의 효과로는 움직임을 통한 의사소통 능력의 향상, 감각 및 지각 능력의 발달 문제해결 능력의 향상 그리고 사회성 함양을 심리운동의 효과로 정의 한다.
본 연구에서는 키워드 “심리운동”, “심리운동 적”, “심리운동 프로그램”, “심리운동치료”를 검색하여 수집 된 석사, 박사 학위 논문과 학술지를 기초로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료를 수집하기 위해 논문 전문 검색 사이트인 국회도서관, 한국교육학술정보원(RISS) 누리미디어(DBpia),데이터베이스를 활용하였다.
중재 회기에 분석은 조사연구를 4편을 제외한 총 46편의 연구를 분석하였고 결과는 [Table 5] 와 같다.
데이터처리
수집 된 연구 논문 자료를 토대로 연구의 일반적인 특성, 변인의 특성, 실험설계와 중재연구의 동향을 분석하였고, 별도의 분석표를 작성하여 분석 결과를 토대로Microsoft office Excel 2016 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다.
성능/효과
50편의 심리운동 연구 중 연구 설계에 따른 유형의 분포를 분석하였고 [Table 3]에 나타나듯이 단일대상 연구 설계가 (46%)로 가장 높은 분포를 나타났으며 실험에 따른 사전, 사후의 양적 데이터 비교연구가 20(%) 의 비중을 차지하였으며 조사연구 4(8%), 혼합연구가 3편 (6%)의 순으로 분석되었다.
둘째, 심리운동이 사회서비스의 한 영역인 발달재활서비스와 함께 성장하였던 것은 심리운동의 국내 정착과 저변확대에 그 초석이 되었다. 하지만, 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 알 수 있듯이 사회서비스와 심리운동의 관련한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다.
분석자간의 1차 신뢰도는 89.3 %였으며, 분석자간의 합의 분석결과 2차 신뢰도는 91.8 % 로 나타났다.
심리운동 중재가 연구결과에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지에 대한 분석결과는 사회성, 운동발달, 행동변화의 순으로 분석되었으며 이는 심리운동의 사회성 중재에 가장 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사하고 있다.
후속연구
그러나 사회서비스가 지지하는 계층에 대한 연구는 간접적으로 연구가 진행되었으며 사회서비스와 심리운동의 상호 연관성에 대한 후속연구에 대한 시사점을 제시하기도 하였다. 그러나 사회서비스에 투영 된 심리운동 연구의 한계에서 벗어나 다양한 연구대상, 연구설계, 연구방법, 다양한 중재방법을 연구한다면 심리운동의 이론을 재정립하고 학문적 당위성을 제시 할 수 있을 것이다.
이마저 감소 추세에 있어 향후 심리운동에 대한 전공영역 축소 후속 연구부재 등으로 인한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구가 문제 해결의 시발점이 될 수 것이라 생각 된다. 또한 심리운동이 사회 전반에 자리 잡고 있는 독일의 연구경향을 추가로 연구해봄으로서 국내 연구의 발전에 기준점이 될 수 있을 것이다.
특수교육 연구자와 특수체육 연구자의 융합 적 차원에 따른 인식의 결과라고 볼 수 있으며 심리운동의 특징 중 주관적 의미부여 및 관찰이라는 요소가 있듯이 연구 설계에 다양한 방법과 질적 연구 및 문헌연구에 대한 균형적인 연구 설계가 필요 할 것이다. 또한 특수체육학과 특수교육 관점에서의 연구뿐만이 아닌 다양한 교육적 가치 및 사회문제 해결에 관한 후속 연구는 심리운동의 학문적 가치를 확고한 할 수 있음을 제언한다.
하지만, 과거 사회성 및 정서행동에 치우친 심리운동의 종속변인 요소는 운동발달, 언어능력, 직무스트레스, 자아능력 등으로 확대 연구되고 있음을 분석 결과를 통하여 알 수 있다. 또한, 창의성과 관련된 심리운동연구 또한 후속 연구로 제언 할 수 있을 것이다.

아울러, 앞서 제시한 심리운동이 당면한 문제점을 다시 한 번 현장의 요구를 토대로 학문적 연구와 연계하여 규명해 나아감으로서 심리운동 사회서비스를 통한 장애아동 및 장애아동 가족의 복지에 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.
