본 연구에서 SNS를 어떻게 정의하고 있는가? | 소셜 미디어, 소셜 네트워킹과 같은 용어로 지칭되는 SNS는 다양하게 정의되고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 “이용자들이 온라인상에서 자신의 의견, 생각, 경험, 관심사, 취향 등을 타인과 공유하고 친구, 동료 등과 같은 특정 또는 불특정 다수와 인적네트워크를 형성하거나 강화할 수 있도록 해주는 모든 웹 서비스 도구”로 정의한다. 이와 같은 SNS의 기능과 상호작용을 설명하기 위한 필수적 구성요소로는 정체성(Identity), 존재(Existence), 관계(Relationships), 대화(Conversation), 그룹(Group), 평판(Reputation), 공유(Sharing) 등이 제시되고 있다[15]. |
