긍정심리치료 프로그램을 통해 어떤 효과를 얻을 수 있는가? | 긍정심리치료 프로그램에 관한 메타분석 연구에 의하면 긍정심리치료 프로그램은 대상자의 심리적 안녕감, 긍정정서, 삶의 만족, 행복, 자아존중감과 같은 긍정적 요소 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 보고되었다[8,9]. 특히 청소년[10], 우울증상이 있는 대학생[11] 및 성인[12]의 긍정정서를 증진시켰고, 아동[13]과 청소년[10]의 대인관계를 향상시켰으며, 지역사회 아동센터를 이용하고 있는 아동[13]의 극복력 증진에 유의한 효과가 보고되었다. 선행연구 결과를 통해 긍정심리치료 프로그램은 긍정정서, 대인관계 향상 및 극복력 증진에 효과적이었으며 이는 사회적 기능 회복이 필요한 조현병 대상자에게 유익한 프로그램이 될 것으로 기대된다. |
