학교 건강 증진을 위해서 교육과 건강을 통합적으로 접근하는 새로운 시도들에서 발생한 문제점은 무엇인가? | 교육과 건강을 통합적으로 접근하는 새로운 시도들은 학교 건강증진의 혁신적 변화를 가져왔으나, 많은 문제점을 노출하기도 하였다. 주요 원인으로는 전통적으로 학교는 교육에 초점을 두고 운영체계 또한 이를 뒷받침하도록 조직화되어 있어 건강증진이란 새로운 과제를 학교교육 체계로 조화롭게 수용함에 있어 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다는 관점이 제시되었다. 학교 건강증진에 필요한 재원 등 물적 자원, 교사 등 인적 자원, 그리고 수업시수 ․ 학습방법 등 교육과정의 미흡한 제반 여건은 새로운 요구에 효과적으로 대응하지 못하고 오히려 학교현장의 과중한 부담으로 작용하였다[3]. 우리나라의 경우에도 날로 심각해지는 학생 건강문제를 해결하기 위해 한국형 건강증진학교모형을 개발, 2010년부터 시범적으로 진행하고 있다. |
