우리나라 교육과정과 국외 교육 과정의 비교에 활용할 국가를 선택하는 조건이 무엇인가요? | 이 연구에서는 우리나라 교육과정과 국외 교육 과정의 비교를 위해 다음과 같은 기준을 만족하는 국가를 선택하여 분석하였다. 그 기준은 1) 국가 교육과정정보센터(NCIC)에 탑재된 국가들 중 국가 수준의 과학과 교육과정이나 과학 기준이 개발되어 있고 적용됨; 2) 과학과 기술 교육의 연계나 통합이 실행되고 있음; 3) 과학과 기술 교육에 있어서 우리나라와 유사한 핵심 개념(예, 시스템, 에너지 등), 통합적 주제 등이 적용되고 있음. 이와 같은 기준으로 선정된 국가는 뉴질랜드, 미국, 싱가포르, 캐나다이고 선정된 국가의 교육과정 원문을 국가교육 과정정보센터를 통해 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다(Table 1). | |
