칼슘과 부갑상선호르몬은 서로 어떤 영향을 미치는가? | 부갑상선호르몬(parathyroid hormone: PTH)은 골형성 자극에 작용을 하는데[30], 노년층에서 증가된 PTH 분비는 골의 교체율과 골다공증성 골절을 증가 시킨다[31]. PTH는 파골세포가 뼈 미네랄이 재흡수를 하도록 자극하여 혈액 내 칼슘 항상성 유지에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하며[32], 낮은 칼슘 섭취는 혈액의 높은 PTH 수준과 관련이 있어 골절에 대한 위험 요인으로 나타났다[33]. 운동 중재로 인한 PTH의 감소는 뼈의 재흡수 억제 및 혈중 칼슘 농도를 증가시켜 골밀도 향상에 긍정적인 효과라고 볼 수 있다[34]. |
