1500kcal 이상의 유산소운동을 할 때 낮게 나타나는 것들은? | 하지만 규칙적 인 신체활동은 심혈관 질환으로 인한 사망률을 감소시킨 다고 보고되고 있다[17]. 따라서 중년여성들의 순환기계통 질환을 방지하며 그 들의 건강증진을 위해 저항성운동과 유산소운동을 포함 한 종합적인 운동의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 복합운동을 하 나의 예방법으로 권장할 수 있는데[18], 선행연구 들을 살펴보면 고혈압, 비만 및 당뇨병 여성의 유산소운동을 적용한 연구에서 1500kcal이상 유산소성 운동을 하는 경우 TCH(Total cholesterol), LDL(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol), TG(Triglycerides)가 낮게 나타났다[19]. 또한 유산소운동은 혈관탄성의 회복을 돕 고 말초혈관의 저항 감소 와[20], 혈중 아디포넥틴의 수 치를 증가시켜 당뇨병, 동맥경화, 인슐린저항 등 각종 대 사증후군을 예방할 수 있다고 보고하였다[21]. |
