번열 및 자한, 권태의 증상은 어떠한가? | Acidosis는 심한 운동으로 포도당의 산소결핍성 산화로 나타나는 lactate 축적 및 지속적 지방 산화에 의해 산성화되는 현상으로 이러한 산성화는 폐결핵과 같은 소모성 질환에서도 나타난다. 음식조절을 하지 않아 나타나는번열과 자한 및 권태는 에너지 대사 이상으로, 노역과 음식조절이라는 측면에서 보면 혈당(고혈당 또는 저혈당)이나 지방(고지혈증 등) 또는 영양상태와 관련한 빈혈(과출혈성 질환, 산소결핍을 수반하는 호흡기질환 포함), 체액의 전해질 및 pH 평형 이상(acidosis, alkalosis, 열사병, 설사, 과도한 발한과탈수, 신장이상 등)의 다양한 질환이 있으며, 증세가 ‘저절로땀이 나며 권태를 수반한다’는 것은 공통적으로 산소결핍과전신성 acidosis가 공통적으로 수반된 상태라 여겨진다. |
