Chu and Ahn (2004)은 출하전 3개월 동안 거세한우에 비타민 C와 E의 단독 및 혼합 급여가 근내지방도와 육질등급에 미치는 영향은 적었다고 하여 본 연구와 유사한 결과를 보고한 바 있다.
