서번트 리더십의 속성은 무엇인가? | 한편, Greenleaf(1977)가 처음 제시한 서번트 리더십(servant leadership)은 타인에 대한 봉사에 중점을 두고 종업원과 고객 그리고 커뮤니티를 우선으로 여기며 그들의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 헌신하는 리더십으로 정의된다(Sung, 2017).
