| 이들은 이러한 정의에 입각해서 감정 노동의 차원을 네 가지로 제시하였는데, 감정표현의 빈도(frequency of emotional display), 표현규칙에 대한 주의(attentiveness to required display rules), 감정표현의 지속과 강도(duration and intensity of emotional display), 표현되어야 하는 감정의 다양성(variety of emotions to be displayed), 그리고 감정 부조화(emotional dissonance)의 개념을 제시하였다. |
