챗봇이란 무엇인가? 4차 산업혁명과 인공지능(AI), 모바일 쇼핑 환경의 급격한 발전으로 많은 기업들이 인공지능 기술의 일환인 챗봇에 많은 투자와 관심을 쏟고 있다. 챗봇(Chat-Bot)이란 채팅하는 로봇으로 인공지능과 빅데이터 분석 기술을 기반으로 인간의 언어를 컴퓨터에 인식시켜 질의응답과 논리적인 추론 등이 가능하도록 개발된 프로그램이다. 챗봇에 많은 관심을 갖게 된 이유는 4차 산업혁명에서 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터 등의 플랫폼으로 활용될 것으로 예측되기 때문이다(Min, Kim, & Song, 2017).
챗봇에 많은 관심을 갖게 된 이유는 무엇인가? 챗봇(Chat-Bot)이란 채팅하는 로봇으로 인공지능과 빅데이터 분석 기술을 기반으로 인간의 언어를 컴퓨터에 인식시켜 질의응답과 논리적인 추론 등이 가능하도록 개발된 프로그램이다. 챗봇에 많은 관심을 갖게 된 이유는 4차 산업혁명에서 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터 등의 플랫폼으로 활용될 것으로 예측되기 때문이다(Min, Kim, & Song, 2017). 또한 챗봇서비스의 대부분이 모바일 환경에서 앱을 통해 서비스되기 때문이다.
