표고버섯이란? | 한편 표고버섯(Lentinus edodes)은 담자균강 주름버섯목 느타리과 잣버섯속에 속하는 식용버섯으로 봄에서 가을에 걸쳐 주로 재배하며, 활엽수림 중주로 참나무의 고목에 발생하는 백색부후균으로 목질을 분해할 수 있는 리그닌 분해효소를 생산하는 것으로 보고되었으며(Field 등, 1993), 물질순환에 중요한 역할뿐만 아니라 식용 및 약용으로 널리 이용되어져 왔다. 표고버섯의 약리효과는 균사체(mycelium) 및 자실체(fruiting body)에 존재하는 성인병 예방과 인터페론 생성을 촉진하는 단백다당체가 종양에 대한 생체 고유의 방어력을 높여줌으로서 간접적으로 종양세포의 증식을 저해하거나, 암세포나 병원성균을 직접 사멸시키는 중요한 역할을 담당하는 대식세포의 수를 증가시키는 작용을 하는 것으로 보고되고 있다(Takehara, 1979). |
