해를 끼치지 않는 수준의 농약잔류허용기준(Maximum Residue Limit, MRL)을 지키기 위하여 농약 회사 등에서 해야 하는 일은? | 따라서 정부기관에서는 식품의 잔류농약 안전관리를 위하여 국민이 평생 매일 섭취하여도 인체에 해를 끼치지 않는 수준의 농약잔류허용기준(Maximum Residue Limit, MRL)을 설정하여 관리하고 있다[1,3]. 농약 등록 및 농약잔류허용기준 설정을 위해서 농약 회사 등에서는 농약에 대한 급성, 아급성, 아만성, 만성 등의 독성 자료, 농산물의 농약잔류자료, 식품 가공 중 농약 가공계수 자료 등을 정부 기관에 제출하여야 된다. 이러한 자료를 평가하여 농약의 일일섭취허용량(Acceptable Daily Intake, ADI)을 설정하고 ADI를 이용하여 식품 중 농약의 MRL을 설정한다. |
