간호단위 관리자들의 대응양상을 이해하기 위해서는 어떤 방법이 필요한가? 이에 현 상황에서 직장 내 괴롭힘에 대한 간호단위 관리자들의 대응양상을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 간호단위 관리자의 직장 내 괴롭힘에 대한 대응 양상과 그에 따른 인식이나 태도, 접근 방법을 확인하는 것이 필요하다.
