For the development of school meals, this study was designed to identify the status of middle school students who eat eco-friendly school meals with a view to converging on their awareness, interest, and operational satisfaction. The results of the survey of 468 K middle school students in Gwangju were all based on a significant level of p.Validated at 05. There were achievements in the recognition of students' awareness, interest, and operational satisfaction contributing to the improvement of school meal satisfaction, but there were also limitations in the operation of eco-friendly school meals, such as various family composition and budget expansion, and not the entire school. If the disclosure of data on future results is expanded to the whole, it could be used as a valuable resource for improving school meal satisfaction and developing school meals.

제안 방법

본 연구에 사용된 설문지는 친환경과 관련하여 4개 영역으로 일반적인 사항 3문항, 친환경 학교급식 인지도에 관한 사항 9문항, 친환경 학교급식 관심도에 관한 사항 8문항, 친환경 학교급식 운영만족도에 관한 사항 7문항으로 총 33문항으로 이루어져 있다.
이 연구에서 제시되는 연구문제는 첫째, 친환경학교급식을 이용한 중학생의 인지도는 어떠한가? 둘째, 친환경학교급식을 이용한 중학생의 관심도는 어떠한가? 셋째, 친환경학교급식을 이용한 중학생의 운영만족도는 어떠한가? 이 세 가지로 하였다.

대상 데이터

2017년 광주지역의 k 중학교 학생 480명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 불충분한 12부를 제외한 468부를 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 유의수준은 5%이내에서 검증하였고 조사기간은 2017.
6%로 조사되었다. 전체 표본 수는 468명이 표집되었다.

데이터처리

범주형 자료에서 비모수 기법인 경우 교차분석(chisqure test) χ 2 (p)을 실시하여 집단 간의 차이를 살펴보았다.
본 연구의 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 p<.05에서 검증하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다.

성능/효과

친환경 학교급식 실시 후 좋아진 점은 급식의 안전성, 급식의 맛 급식의 신선도 순으로 높게 나왔다. 급식의 불만족하는 경우는 제품의 다양성과 일반농산물과 차이가 없는 것, 비싼 가격, 제품의 품질 순으로 나타났다. 학교급식 친환경 농산물에 대한 사용으로 현재처럼 사용을 유지 했으면 하는 것은 54.
채소를 키운 경험 59%, 채소를 키울 때 사용한 화학비료에 대한 인지도는 16.5%, 채소를 키울 때 농약의 인지도에 대한 경우 21.1%, 친환경 농산물에 대한 인지도의 경우 28.2%로 조사되었다.
친환경 농가 방문의 경험이 31.4%로 친환경 농가방문할 생각이 있는지 31.8%, 친환경 농가의 방문 시기는 어느 때든지 방문하고 싶다는 의견이 50.4%정도로 친환경 농산물에 대한 관심도를 알 수 있었다.
5%, 성장에 도움을 주는 것이 31%순 나타났다. 친환경 농산물 이용이 환경보전에 도움을 주는지에 대한 것은 76%의 긍정적인 대답으로 학생들이 환경에도 관심이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
친환경 농산물의 품질인증마크별 재배환경 및 방법에서는 정확히 알고 있는 13.5%, 조금 알고 있는 45.7%로 59.2%가 알고 있는 것으로 가정에서도 교육이 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
친환경 운영 만족도에 대해 49.1% 만족, 친환경지원금에 대해 54.1%가 만족하였으며, 학교급식에 친환경 농산물을 사용하는 것에 대해 50%정도로 만족하는 것으로 긍정적인 답을 알 수 있었다. 친환경 학교급식 실시 후 좋아진 점은 급식의 안전성, 급식의 맛 급식의 신선도 순으로 높게 나왔다.

학교급식에 친환경 농산물을 이용하는 것은 학교식단표를 통해서 78.2%정도가 인지하였고 학교급식에 친환경 농산물 사용이 필요하다고 생각되는 것은 안전한 급식이 42.5%, 성장에 도움을 주는 것이 31%순 나타났다. 친환경 농산물 이용이 환경보전에 도움을 주는지에 대한 것은 76%의 긍정적인 대답으로 학생들이 환경에도 관심이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
학교급식에서 친환경 농산물 사용이 필요하다고 생각되는 이유의 경우에는 안전한 급식이 가장 높은 42.5%, 성장에 도움이 31%순으로 나타났으며, 남학은 성장에 도움이 된다는 응답과 건강증진, 식재료의 품질이 높고, 여학생은 안전한 급식이라고 인지하는 경우가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.01).

후속연구

친환경 식재료를 자연스럽게 학교급식에서 받아들이는 학생들에게 인지도, 관심도, 만족도를 조사하였다는 것은 친환경 학교급식 정책과 만족도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구는 친환경 식재료가 대량생산되는 지역과 인접해 있어서 친환경에 대한 교육을 실시한 학교의 학생을 대상으로 실시했다는 점과 광주지역 일부 중학교의 학생을 대상으로 하여 전체 학교를 하지 않았다는 한계점을 가졌지만 향후 급식 전체로 친환경 학교급식의 설문으로 확대한다면 수요자의 의견이 최대한 반영된 급식을 제공할 수 있으며 친환경 학교급식 정책결정의 귀중한 참고자료가 되어 학교급식발전에도 도움을 줄 것이다.
