ADIM 동시적용이 동측 몸통 및 다리의 근활성도에 미치는 영향은? | 본 연구는 부산시에 소재한 D대학에 재학 중인 건강한 성인 남자 18명, 여자2명을 대상으로 PNF 다리패턴(D1) 시 ADIM 동시적용이 동측 몸통 및 다리의 근활성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 ADIM 동시적용이 배가로근, 배바깥빗근, 배속빗근, 안쪽넓은근, 가쪽넓은근의 근활성도는 유의하게 증가하였고 반면에 척추세움근의 근활성도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 PNF 다리패턴(D1)시 몸통안정화 운동 중 하나인 ADIM 동시적용이 동측몸통 및 다리의 근활성도를 증가시키는데 상대적으로 더 효과적이라고 할 수 있다. | |
