회복탄력성이란? | 스마트폰 중독과 관련된 변인 중에 이를 방지할 수 있 는 변인에 대한 탐구 역시 필요하다. 그중 회복탄력성은 우울이나 불안과 같은 정신건강의 문제 상황에서 자신의 안녕을 되찾고 회복하여 성숙하고자하는 능력이다[13]. 주로 스트레스나 역경과 같은 상황에 대처하는 능력으로 알려져 있지만 많은 연구에서 그 외의 문제를 회복시켜 주는 변인으로 확인되었다. | |
스마트폰 중독에 회복탄력성이 긍정적으로 작용할 것으로 예상하는 이유? | 주로 스트레스나 역경과 같은 상황에 대처하는 능력으로 알려져 있지만 많은 연구에서 그 외의 문제를 회복시켜 주는 변인으로 확인되었다. 성인의 회복탄력성을 메타분 석한 연구에서 스마트폰 과의존이 회복탄력성과 상관이 있음을 밝혔고[14], 회복탄력성 프로그램 개발 연구에서 는 회복탄력성이 게임중독, 스트레스, 공격성 등을 유의 미하게 감소시켰다[15]. 그렇기 때문에 스마트폰 중독에 있어서도 회복탄력성이 긍정적으로 작용할 것으로 사료 된다. |
