정서지능의 발달은 학습능력에 어떤 영향을 미치나? | 정서는 방향성을 가진 에너지로 행동의 동기가 되고 에너지를 불어 넣어주며 행동을 조절하고 통제하기도 한다[15]. 그리하여 정서지능의 발달은 부정적인 정서를 조절할 수 있는 능력을 향상시켜 학습에 대한 애착과 호기심을 갖게 함으로써 학습에 대한 책임감을 스스로 갖게 하여 자기주도적인 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있다[16]. 그러나 만약 부정적인 정서를 잘 조절하지 못한다면 학습에 대한 의욕이 저하되고, 과제나 목표 달성에 어려움이 나타날 수 있다. |
