코로나19로 인한 감염병위기경보가 심각 단계에 접어듬에 따라 공공도서관은 어떻게 서비스를 제공하고 있는가? | 이에 감염병위기경보가 ‘심각’ 단계에 접어든 2월말부터 도서관계에서도 여러 대응 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 공공도서관은 일제히 임시 휴관에 돌입하였으며, 이용자 방문이 제한된 상태에서 서비스 제공을 이어가고 있다. 현장의 발 빠르고 능동적인 대응 활동에도 불구하고 코로나19가 장기화 국면에 돌입하게 되면서 도서관은 ‘사회적 거리두기’ 상황에서도 ‘공중의 정보이용 · 조사 · 연구 · 학습 · 교양 · 평생교육 등에 이바지하는 시설’이라는 근본적인 기관 역할을 수행하기 위한 서비스들을 이어가야 하는 상황에 처해 있다. | |
