간호정보 역량은 요양병원 간호사의 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수가 된 계기는? | 의료정보화는 3차 의료기관을 중심으로 이루어졌고 간호정보역량 또한 3차 의료기관 위주로 강조되고 연구되어 왔다[18]. 그러나 2017년 보건의료정보화 현황조사에 따르면 최근 요양병원은 EMR 운영, 의료기관-환자 간 진료 정보 제공, 의료기관-의료기관 간 진료 정보 제공 등 변화하고 있다[19]. 따라서 간호정보 역량은 요양병원 간호사의 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수가 될 것이다. |
