척추전방전위증의 치료는 어떻게 하는가? | 척추전방전위증의 치료는 환자의 증상, 전위 정도에 따라 보존적 치료 또는 수술적 치료가 시행되며 일차적으로는 보존적 치료 위주로 진행된다. 보존적 치료에 반응이 없거나 신경학적 결손이 확인된 경우 수술적 치료를 하는데 Meyerding grading 기준 grade 1, 2 환자는 수술보다 보존적 치료가 적합한 경우가 많으며 경도 수준 전위 환자의 수술 결과는 Meyerding grading 기준 grade 3, 4 환자의 만족도에 비해 낮을 뿐만 아니라 보존적 치료를 한 집단과 크게 다르지 않다는 보고가 있다3). |
