제안 방법
조절변수로 사용 된 성공적 역할모델은 Ziegler et al.(2010)의 척도를 사용한 조영조(2017), 장영미(2018)의 측정도구를 수정하여 사용하였으며, 설문문항을 4문항으로 구성하였다. 설문문항 예로는 ‘나는 창업을 할 경우 창업을 해서 성공한 사람 중에 성공 모델로 삼을 만한 사람이 있다’ 등의 4문항, 사회지원세력은 ‘창업을 할 경우 조언이나 도움을 받을 사람이 있다’ 등의 5문항으로 구성하였다.

본 연구의 설문지는 Naver 설문작성 서비스를 통해 배포하였으며, ‘경력단절 경험이 있습니까？’라는 질문을 Key질문으로 하여 경력단절경험이 없는 여성의 경우 질문을 종료하게 하였다. 총 192부를 회수하였고, 경력단절경험이 없다고 응답한 41부, 경력단절 후에 창업으로 응답한 10부, 결측치 4부를 제외한 139부가 분석에 활용되었다. 조사대상의 인구사회학적특성은 <표 1>과 같다.

성능/효과
계획된 우연역량과 창업의지와의 관계를 검증한 결과, 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향에 대한 2단계에서는 계획된 우연역량(B=.710, p<.001)이 높을수록 창업의지가 높아지며, 계획된 우연역량이 창업의지를 설명하는 설명력은 21.4%이다.
둘째, 경력단절여성의 계획된 우연역량과 창업의지와의 관계에서 성공적 역할모델의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 경력단절여성의 계획된 우연역량과 창업의지와의 관계에서 사회적 지원세력의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다.
변수들의 상관관계 분석결과 ，상관계수의 값이 0.7이하로 변수들 간 상관관계에는 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 경력단절여성의 창업의지는 성공적 역할모델, 사회적 지원세력, 그리고 계획된 우연역량과 긍정적인 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다.

신뢰도 분석 결과 ，계획된 우연역량의 신뢰도 계수는 0.74, 사회적 지원세력은 0.83, 성공적 역할모델은 0.84, 종속변수인 창업의지의 신뢰도 계수는 0.90로 모두 사회학에서 요구되는 신뢰도 기준 0.6이상으로 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 판단되었다.

연구의 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 높이기 위해서는 창업의 접근성을 높이고 창업에 대한 인식을 높일 수 있는 심리적 역량강화 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 경력단절여성의 창업의지 고취는 계획된 우연역량을 향상시키는 노력과 동시에 경력단절 후 창업에 성공한 역할모델과 성공사례 발굴 등의 노출 기회를 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 필요가 있고, 창업기회를 발견할 수 있도록 용기, 조언, 변화 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있는 사회적 지원세력을 확대해 나가는 것이 필요하다.
넷째, 본 연구의 대상이 주로 수도권, 대구․경북지역의 경력단절 경험이 있는 여성으로 집중되어 진행되어 연구의 일반화의 한계점을 가지고 있다. 향후 연구에서는 연구대상을 전국단위로 확대하여 연구의 일반화 가능성을 제고할 필요가 있다.
둘째, 이번 연구에는 사용 된 표본수가 적어 모집단의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하였다. 향후 연구에서는 표본수를 늘려 분석한다면 모집단의특성을 충분히 반영할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 계획된 우연역량의 개념을 창업분야로 확대하여 그에 맞는 개념으로 개발할 필요가 있다.
