[국내논문] 간호대학생의 심리적 분리, 자기통제력, 학교만족도가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 심리적 분리, 자기통제력, 학교만족도가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 201명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 스마트폰 중독의 평균은 2.23±.58점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 스마트폰 중독의 차이는 음주 유무(t=2.530, p=.012), 흡연 유무(t=2.302, p=.022), 공부시간(F=6.036, p=.001), 스마트폰 사용시간(F=11.127, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 스마트폰 중독은 자기통제력(r=-.443, p<.001), 학교만족도(r=-.210, p=.003)와 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기통제력(𝛽=-.335, p<.001), 스마트폰 사용시간(𝛽=.231, p<.001), 흡연 유무(𝛽=-.132, p=.033)로 나타났고, 설명력은 27.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고, 스마트폰 중독을 조절하기 위한 중재방안을 마련하는 연구가 필요하다.
