이 연구는 학교 조직에서의 교사 갈등에 대한 영향 요인을 탐색하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구를 위해 학교조직 구성원, 교육 수요자, 교육정책에 대한 갈등의 영향 요인을 분석하였으며, 독립변인은 개인, 학교, 지역 수준으로 구분하여 설정하였다. S시교육청 소속 교사 561명의 응답 자료가 분석에 활용되었으며, SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교사 갈등 전체에 대해 개인 수준에서는 경력, 학교 수준에서는 담임 여부와 전입 여부, 지역 수준에서는 근무 지역이 통계적으로 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 교육청과 단위학교 수준으로 구분하여 교사 갈등에 대한 지원 방안을 제시하였다.
