  • 본 연구는 앞쪽 머리 자세인 20대 대학생 15명을 대상으로 2주간 뒤로 걷기 운동이 머리척추각과 머리 회전 각 그리고 걸음 변수에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 뒤로 걷기 운동은 앞쪽 머리 자세의 목뼈 변화에 효과적으로 판단이 되지만 걸음 변수와 관련하여서는 부족한 대상자 선정기준, 중재 강도 및 시간의 제한점 그리고 대조군과의 비교 연구설계 들을 수정 및 보완하여 추가적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.
