[국내논문] 간호대학생의 결혼의식, 직업의식, 양성평등이 출산의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 결혼의식, 직업의식, 양성평등의식이 출산의지에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 출산의지 조절을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 242명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 결혼의식은 3.43±.36점이었고, 직업의식 3.30±.47점, 양성평등의식 3.85±.37점, 출산의지는 3.48±.42점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 출산의지의 차이를 분석한 결과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 연구대상자의 출산의지는 결혼의식(r=.260, p<.001), 직업의식(r=.143, p=.026), 양성평등의식(r=.263, p<.001)과 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 결혼의식은 직업의식(r=.279, p<.001)과 상관관계를 나타내었다. 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 결혼의식(𝛽=.215, p=.001), 양성평등의식(𝛽=.239, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 11.9%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
