Differences in the coach's leadership, exercise participation motivation and exercise satisfaction perceived by participants in living sports 원문보기

초록

본 연구의 목적은 생활체육참여자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 리더십, 운동참여 동기, 운동만족의 차이를 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울 및 경기도 소재 스포츠센터에서 정기적으로 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 남녀 194명을 대상으로 리더십, 운동참여 동기, 운동만족 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집 한 후 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 생활체육 참여자들의 성별에 따라 리더십, 운동참여 동기, 운동만족에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Willks' Lambda=.864, F=.886, p<.05). 둘째, 생활체육 참여자들의 연령에 따라 리더십, 운동참여 동기, 운동만족에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Willks' Lambda=.706, F=.453, p<.01). 셋째, 생활체육 참여자들의 운동참여 횟수에 따라 리더십, 운동참여 동기, 운동만족에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Willks' Lambda=.915, F=.704, p<.01). 결론적으로 생활체육 현장에서 참여자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 차별적인 지도를 하게 된다면 운동만족과 실천에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이다.
