2019년 급작스럽게 발생한 코로나-19로 인해 우리의 일상생활에 많은 부분이 변화되었는데, 학교에서는 등교 수업과 원격 수업이 병행되거나 원격 수업으로 전면 전환되기도 하였다. 이에 따라, 많은 학생들이 온라인에 머무는 시간이 증가하게 되고 학생들의 개인정보가 무차별적으로 공개되거나 온라인상에서 학급 동료를 괴롭히거나 왕따를 시키는 등의 사이버폭력이 증가하였다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 사이버폭력의 대응 방안으로서 온라인 교육 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다. 본 교육 프로그램은 초·중·고등학생을 대상으로 설계되었으며, 2015 교육과정 중 정보나 도덕 수업에도 활용할 수 있다. 제안된 프로그램은 '사이버폭력', '정보보호', '사이버 범죄', '언어폭력'의 네 가지 대주제로 나누어지며, 그 연관성에 따라 총 열 가지 소주제로 구분된다. 학년별로 해당 주제를 고루 교수할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 교육내용 선정과 내용 구성에 대해 전문가에 의해 프로그램의 타당성을 검증 받았으며, 프로그램의 내용 타당도가 개발 취지에 부합한 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 본 프로그램을 적용하고 이에 대한 효과성 분석을 실시하여 학생 간 사이버폭력 발생률 하락과 대처능력 향상에 효과적으로 작용했는지 측정할 필요가 있을 것이다.

COVID-19 has changed a lot in our daily lives, where school classes and remote classes have been combined or converted to remote classes. Many students spent more time online, and cyberbullying, such as indiscriminate disclosure of their personal information, bullying of their classmates online, increased. In this paper, we propose an online education program as a countermeasure against cyberbullying. This program is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students and can also be used for informatics or ethics classes in the 2015 curriculum. The proposed program is divided into four major themes: 'Cyberbullying,' 'Information Security,' 'Cyber Crime,' and 'Language Violence,' and is divided into a total of ten topics according to its connection. It was organized to teach the topics evenly by grade. Also, the program's feasibility was verified by experts on the selection of educational contents and organizing of contents. In the future, it will be necessary to apply for this program and conduct an effectiveness analysis to measure whether it has effectively contributed to the decrease in cyberbullying rates among students and the improvement of coping skills.

본 교육 프로그램은 초·중·고등학생을 대상으로 설계되었으며, ‘사이버폭력’, ‘정보보호’, ‘사이버 범죄’, ‘언어폭력’의 네 가지 대주제에서 ‘사이버폭력’, ‘사이버 명예 훼손’, ‘신상 정보유출’, ‘디지털 드라마’, ‘사이버 스토킹’, ‘사이버테러’, ‘사이버 성폭력’, ‘사이버 언어폭력’, ‘모바일 메신저 예절’, ‘사이버 왕따’의 총 열 가지 소주제를 학령별 수준에 맞춰 내용 체계를 정립하였다
코로나-19 사태 이후 비대면 공간에서 머무르는 시간이 길어지면서 더욱 심각해진 사이버폭력 발생률을 낮추기 위한 목적으로 본 연구는 시작되었으며, 이를 위해 사이버폭력 대응 온라인 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다.

성능/효과

구체적으로는 먼저, 내용타당도 평가 도구의 항목별로 살펴보면, ‘교육 내용 선정’ 항목에서는 ‘사이버 폭력’ 주제가 가장 높은 내용타당도 비율을 나타냈으며(CVR=.98), ‘디지털 드라마’가 가장 내용타당도 비율로 나타났다(CVR= .72)
또한, 내용 체계의 각 대주제로 보면, ‘사이버 언어폭력’의 내용타당도 비율이 평균 CVR =.92로 가장 높게 집계되었으며, 근소한 차이로 ‘사이버폭력’이 그 뒤를 이었다(CVR=.91)
본 교육 프로그램은 초·중·고등학생을 대상으로 설계되었으며, ‘사이버폭력’, ‘정보보호’, ‘사이버 범죄’, ‘언어폭력’의 네 가지 대주제에서 ‘사이버폭력’, ‘사이버 명예 훼손’, ‘신상 정보유출’, ‘디지털 드라마’, ‘사이버 스토킹’, ‘사이버테러’, ‘사이버 성폭력’, ‘사이버 언어폭력’, ‘모바일 메신저 예절’, ‘사이버 왕따’의 총 열 가지 소주제를 학령별 수준에 맞춰 내용 체계를 정립하였다. 제안된 교육 프로그램은 내용의 타당도 검증을 위하여 교육, 윤리, 사이버폭력, 정보보호 전문가 10인에게 타당성 검토를 의뢰하였으며, 교육 프로그램의 소주제별 내용타당도 비율은 최소 CVR = .72 이상으로 나타나 모든 내용 체계의 선정과 구성이 적절하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
제안된 교육 프로그램의 전문가 타당도 평가 결과, 교육 내용의 주제 선정과 내용 조직 모든 요소가 .70 이상으로 나타나 종합적으로 모든 요소에서 교육 프로그램의 타당도가 검증되었다고 볼 수 있다.
한편, ‘교육 내용 조직’ 항목에서는 ‘사이버 왕따’가 가장 높은 내용타당도 비율로 나타났고(CVR=.91), ‘사이버 스토킹’이 가장 낮은 내용타 당도 비율(CVR=.72)을 보였다

후속연구

‘사이버 스토킹’의 경우 주제 선정 필요성 보다 내용 구성에 대한 지적이 존재하여 교육 내용의 구성과 조직을 수정할 필요가 있다. 대체적으로, 전문가들은 교육 내용 선정의 필요성에는 동감하였으나, 비교적 내용 구성에 대하여 수정과 보완이 필요할 것으로 의견을 드러냈다. 이에, 내용타당도 비율이 62 이상이기 때문에 내용 타당도를 만족하고는 있으나, 더욱 완성된 교육 프로그램 구성을 위하여 내용의 구성을 체계적으로 보완 해나갈 예정이다.
향후 본 논문에서 제안된 사이버폭력 온라인 교육 프로그램을 수정·보완한 후 실제 초·중·고등학생들에게 적용하여 사이버폭력의 예방과 대처 효과에 대한 분석을 실시할 필요가 있다. 더불어, 사이버폭력을 줄일 수 있는 효과적인 대응 방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 활발히 이루어져 사이버폭력 발생 빈도를 줄이고, 피해자가 발생하지 않도록 노력해야 할 것이다.
대체적으로, 전문가들은 교육 내용 선정의 필요성에는 동감하였으나, 비교적 내용 구성에 대하여 수정과 보완이 필요할 것으로 의견을 드러냈다. 이에, 내용타당도 비율이 62 이상이기 때문에 내용 타당도를 만족하고는 있으나, 더욱 완성된 교육 프로그램 구성을 위하여 내용의 구성을 체계적으로 보완 해나갈 예정이다.
